One more for the day.

Sometimes my brain goes weird places...

My friend Mario was having real bad allergies so he was taking some medicine but that combined with the allergies was making him rather cranky. So this lunch sketch was inspired by him

Here's another one

A little painting I did in Photoshop. I love playing around with different brushes!

This comes from
"I will be what I could be, once I get out of this town" by Pearl Jam

Here's my take on one of my favorite cartoons: the biskitts
Anybody remember them? They were tiny dogs living in a swamp.
I love the Hanna Barbara Toons!

This is from
"there were noodles galore, all over the floor" Robert Earl Keen

This one is from my mom:
"Waltz across Texas with me"

Another lunch time sketch
"I was born standing up and talking back" - unknown singer

Here's one I did a while back. I love the 80's cartoon scene!

At lunch I started doing sketches based of song lyrics. I asked my lunch companions to pick obscure lyrics and I would illustrate them. These two are my first ones.
The first is "Let them brush their rock and roll hair" by The Cars

The second is "Mr. will you please help my Pony" from Ween

Dino Riders!

Here's an illustration I did for fun. I am still trying to find the style I like best.
